Having served in the British Army, Tim has a profound understanding of the role a team plays in success; and offers a great insight into what it takes to build a great culture.

Sue Pemberton | Premier Companies

Sue has worked in Financial Services for over 30 years and has experience various roles from arranging life cover, mortgages and individual wealth management. Over the last 15 years, Sue has focused on corporate advice, with a secondment to the Pensions Regulator during the development of Automatic Enrolment. Now at Premier, she heads up the Employer Services team who help employers develop their pension and benefit strategies.

Ben Carter | CIPP

Benjamin joined the Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals (CIPP) in September 2017. Benjamin has nine years’ experience payroll experience in a variety of roles including management and consultancy. Prior to working in payroll, he worked for HMRC (the British equivalent to the IRS) for five years specialising in Employer and Construction Industry Scheme compliance.
