This award is aimed at practices with up to two partners, an annual fee income of under £500,000 and up to 600 clients. The judges will be looking for:


  • How you’ve achieved growth in client numbers and revenue or profitability

  • The highest professional standards in your work and rising client satisfaction, shown either through NPS or similar satisfaction ratings

  • Examples of collaborative working, new services and successful and time-saving initiatives that have enhanced the two-way relationship

  • Proof of staff satisfaction, clever use of technology and astute business strategy

  • Evidence that your practice runs distinctly and innovatively compared to similar sized practices

Who Can Enter

All UK accountants, UK accountancy firms (of any size and nature) who are a customer of IRIS Software Group (using IRIS, Keytime, PTP or KashFlow branded products) are welcome to enter the award.

The IRIS Firm of the Year award will be split into firm size categories.
These are defined as:

• Small; up to 2 partners, annual fee income under £500,000, up to 600 clients
• Medium; up to 5 partners, annual fee income under £4,000,000, up to 2,000 clients
• Large; 6+ partners, annual fee income in-excess of £4,000,000, over 2,000 clients
